Hi. I'm working on my back handspring, and I have been stuck for some time now. I'm either not jumping enough, or I'm not arching enough, or I'm not pulling my legs with me. If it's not one thing, it's another. And I'm also dealing with a huge mental block. I can't even do it on the trampoline without a spot, but my coach also won't let me (and I don't have access to a trampoline). Does anyone have any drills or conditioning for these sorts of things? Especially for things I can do at home with little to no equipment. I'm getting very frustrated in myself, and I've been working on this same skill for 2-3 years now.
