I already know! PLEASE!!!Don't give me the "Tumbling on dead mat and spring floor are the same talk ." Trust me I KNOW. Anyways I've been consistently throwing roundoff tucks on spring floor for my all-star practices it in total throw about ten each practice, but whenever I get to high school practice I can only throw and actually land about two or three. I know that on a different surface you have to adjust how you tumble. Does anyone have tips on how they make sure they can properly execute the skill on the dead mat? PLease help if you can I have state in two weeks and I really want to throw it. Also, mental tips help me a lot.
