That is not my understanding, but I could be wrong. I believe there will be IASF divisions, but the US will specifically not be allowed to enter or qualify in them. Perhaps the same reasoning behind the D1s being restricted from entering the XS divisions - to give others a better shot at titles?

This was just my response from Ali Stangle, as a few people had complained “is it really a world championship when excluding a country?” Les made it clear that all countries were included and USASF chose to opt out. And Ali had clarified that response with her reasoning
