Music 8 Count - Voice Over

I have recently heard some teams with a voice over that counts from 1-8 continuously - For training purpose and running routines. Does anyone know where I can get this as my voice just goes hoarse after counting after a while!!!

Instead of just clicking on the word "Download" Right click on it and you will get an option to "save target as" click on that... Hope this helps..
