Is there anything you do in cheer that is a little weird or awk? I am very flat footed so when I do running air born tumbling, it shocks my feet to a point of extreme pain. And I can do a perfect standing tuck with a finger on my back but once the finger is gone, all my technique is out the door. Probably more that's in the top of the list.

For the foot pain after tumbling, have you tried putting sports orthotics in your cheer shoes? My cp always use these when we are able to take out the inner sole the shoe comes with....

Having to stop after one backhands print because my elbows are hyper extended and I have to put them back in place. TONS of fun.

I have a friend who is going to college on a full ride for figure skating who can't full or double down without her arms in some variation of 3rd position. She has kamakazi full down because her body is trained that way. Another teamate is freakishly flexible on the ground but can not pull a single body position in the air.

Tearing a muscle string in my inner thigh after doing a cartwheel!!

We have a diver on our lv 5 that throws his full with his arm over his head. It gets the job done, it's just different to look at ;)

My cp can't do a standing tuck unless she takes a teeny step back with her left leg. I can't imagine it gives her any kind of extra power because it's literally just a few inches. She'll land on her knees everytime if she doesn't do it.

I hyper extend my elbow in my bhs also. It's the WORST!! I find that taping my wrist actually helps... it's weird, but it helps me keep everything in line because when you tape something it limits the different ways you can move it, so i don't turn my hand out as much. You could try that! I still turn out a little, but it isn't as bad as it used to be.

back injuries...they make every cheer situation a weird situation.
*walks around hunched over like an old lady after practice*

I can't straight cradle out of a scale to save my life. Spinning out of it... piece of cake. A simple level 3 dismount hahaha NOPE.
