High School Backspot help!!

I'm the main backspot for my team. I love my part but I'm struggling right now, my flier would like to lib on her left foot (which means i have to push with my left hand) but the hand i need to push her up isn't as strong as the other hand. What do I need to do to strengthen my arm/wrist. And ist there anything i can do in the stunt that will help?
 
after breaking my finger i had to work hard to get my strength in that hand back. there are a lot of tools you can buy on amazon such as hand grippers, but working on overall arm strength really helps with back spotting. i don’t know the whole stunt your doing but if it’s in half you can try to stabilize your flyer by grappling higher up her leg and ankle ( im not a backspot but this is what my backspot has done to help) for hand strength focus on arm workouts and maybe take up a side sport (if you have time) such a rock climbing. i hope this helps!
