Wow, I didn't realize they were giving out 12 bids - 3 paid and 9 at large. I think that's 4 more than last year.

This competition was awful last year - hopefully it's better run this year.

I have a feeling Spirit Cheer lost quite a few gyms after last year.. I'd expect this comp to be smaller. If anything, some gyms will just bring worlds teams.

It's almost a shame, New England will lose the 4 more bids Spirit got this year. But I think you're right - our gym is just bringing worlds teams.

if anything, less teams will be traveling to this event so it may be less out of area teams.

PRO will be there.

I'll be there for half of Day 1 (probably getting there around 3ish? which is hopefully before start of Worlds teams) and all of Day 2.
Praying awards don't last as long/go as late as last year.

We were told that International teams ARE eligible for Paid bids this year.

WC Lazers will be there. A friend also told me that ECE i5 will be there as well.

This competition is full of crap and can't get anything straight - last year they also made international teams split into two divisions, worlds and non-worlds depending on if you were trying for a bid or not.

After awards at Providence on Sunday night, I've already requested the Monday after this competition off
