we have no spring floors in finland and i need new shoes. i have kaepa skys and i absolutely hate them... so does anyone know good shoes that are light but supportive and have good cushioning ?

I've always liked Nikes. My only complaint with them is that they would always stretch out, if I was to order again I would probably go ahead and get 1/2 a size smaller than what I actually am and just put up with the tightness for a little while.

sorry about that previous message, my phone decided to reply to you lol
but thanks for the answers !

I've been using Nike shoes for a long time. Three different styles and no major complaints.

While No limits hold up for a while, they are SO uncomfortable. Absolutely no support whatsoever. I literally had to take those off after wearing them to compete because they were so uncomfortable. I would recommend Nikes. The Nike cheer flash is a good shoe, but all nikes tend to be a little heavy. great grips though!

We don't have springfloor in Sweden either but I still use nfinity's pheonix. I think it depends on what level you are on? Senior advanced teams need light shoes, while beginner and intermediate levels can have heavier shoes. I used to have keapa fly and they where super heavy.... Would really recommend nfinity. :)
Of course if you have knee problems then they are not to recommend..
