For Parents Big sister little sister proposal

Hello! I’m a new team mom and need help! My daughter is on a cheer U16 team (Cryptic) who is going to be the “big sisters” to a U8 team (Sassy). I need to come up with their proposal and teach them it by Sunday’s practice to record and present to their little sisters! We’ve ordered some Pom poms online to add visual fun with.. but could I ask for ANY ideas at all?! Something simple but fun?! Appreciation to any al all!!!
