All-Star Bow Tree-need Help!

Awhile back I saw a thread about a bow tree. On the tree it had bows with skills on them. This gym would give the bow to an athlete that gained the skill as a reward. I'm trying to find the thread but I'm not having any luck. Does anyone remember what I'm referring to? I'm trying to do something for the kids at our gym and just loved the idea. Any help would be appreciated.

Cute idea!!! Our gym gives out those little rubber bracelets printed with the skill. Each skill has a different color or color combination. The higher the skill, the cooler the color is! When my cp got her tuck, she was like, "Where's my bracelet?" as soon as she got off the floor! The kids really seem to love it!
