Its that time of the year again! As we are finishing out this years award winning season it is time to start preparing for next season. We are really excited after the season we have had thus far. Take advantage of early registration pay by February 25, 2012 and pay just $50.00 and get a t-shirt to remember the day. Registration must be paid in cash or money order and will be $65.00 day of​

Try Out Times Are As Follows​

Ages 4-8 9:00am-12:00pm​

Ages 9-12 12:00pm-3:00pm​

Ages 13 & up 3:00pm-6:00pm​

First tryouts are this Saturday come join one of our National Champion squads. Levels 3-5 athletes are most defiantly welcomed because we have great things planned for our elite teams this season!! Join and be apart of #TeamCAO

We had a great showing for our first tryouts this weekend. 10 teams so far!!! Including a loaded coed 4/5. It's not too late to register and tryout at one of the best up and coming programs in South Atlanta. Which features one of the best coed 4 teams in the country that will take your breath away. CAO Elite is a having another tryout Saturday May 5th! From 11:00am - 2:00pm. So far we have 10 teams for 2012-2013 season! There's a team for everybody, guy or girl at any level. Tryouts are stress free and fun. We will have re-evalutions in July so all athletes will have plenty of time too show their skill set and develop more skills before being placed on their new team. We have new and excited things planned for our squads next season and our routines will surely put some jaws on the floor! We're known for our clean high tempo routines with energy that promises too bring the crowd too their feet! Our competition schedule is going too be very exciting as we go too some of the best competitions in cheer. As we prove why we're the best gym in the south.
