One Team Apparel is excited to announce that it is the Official Champion Jacket Designer and Provider for the Champions League Live event. With this partnership comes the real, first ever “Fashion Industry Meets Cheer Industry” collaboration.

One Team Apparel is collaborating with two Texas based, nationally recognized fashion designers to lend their signature touches to the Champion League Live jackets. Daniel Esquivel and Ross Bennett, will combine their fashion and style expertise with that of One Team Apparel Founder, Kevin Jones to create what is sure to become a coveted championship jacket in the cheer industry.

About Daniel Esquivel:

Austin-based designer Daniel Esquivel became known for his black and white designs, structured jackets, and memorable mustache on Project Runway Season 11 and Project Runway All Stars Season 3. His personal whimsy and intuitive style come together to create sophisticated and classic designs with just the right amount of edge. Esquivel is currently a free-lance designer and has presented his collections at New York, Dallas, and Austin fashion weeks.





About Ross Bennett:

Ross has been making custom pieces for men and women all over Texas. His clothes have been featured in fashion shows across the country, including an eight-week installment at the State Fair of Texas; as well as an appearance on NBC’s ‘Fashion Star’ and for the last 2 Formula 1 racing seasons of 2012 and 2013, Ross was the exclusive designer for the Circuit of the Americas Formula One Grid Girls Inaugural Seasons. Also this last October 2013, RB was one of only two featured designers, along with the multi-million dollar Lauren Conrad brand, working with Blue Avocado, an eco-friendly lifestyle and food-on-the-go bag and luggage company

About Champions League Live:

The Champions League Live event began in 2014 with the alliance of 13 all star cheerleading programs from across the country. All Level 5 all star cheerleading teams are invited to “play-in” to The Champions League advancing to the top 30 teams nationwide. The Grand Champion competes for $10,000 for the charity of their choice and the all girl and coed champions receive $5,000 for the charity of their choice. The Champions League was featured as the first all star cheerleading documentary film in 2014 gracing the big screen in theaters across the country and now on iTunes worldwide. Programs forming The Champions League Alliance include Brandon All-stars, Cheer Athletics, Cheer Extreme Allstars, East Celebrity Elite, ICE, Maryland Twisters, The California All Stars, The Stingray Allstars, Top Gun All Stars, Twist & Shout, Woodlands Elite and World Cup All-Stars
