i need some suggestions on stretching. I stretch and stretch but i feel like im getting no where my flexibility is still the same, and im not very happy with it. I want to be able to pull up my leg more on my scorpion or even pull a spike one day. Also I have my heel stretch but cant seem to to pull thru to my bow and arrow. Can anyone give an intense stretching routine that will give me faster and longer lasting results for my flexibility? THANKSSSS:)

On of my personal favorite stretches for scorps are door stretches. Do a split between the door and push off the other side to get your chest up and to get your split closer to the wall! It works like crazy :) and for stretches we do the Top Gun stretch where you lay on your side and pull a stretch and pull it towards the floor behind your head! hope this helps :)
