Gk Elite Uniforms......taking A Long Time

Hello,
My dd all star cheer gym ordered brand new GK elite custom uniforms on October 2. We still haven't received them and are getting the run around. Has anyone had problems receiving them in a timely manner. We were told 9-12 weeks when we ordered them, they did have swarovski crystals on them so that would add a week. This is per GK's standard production time on their website. 13 weeks would have put it being completed Januar 1, and they still aren't done. Mind you, this was only for one team, that competed on January 7, the other teams were placed even after that. Their first competition will be on March 10, and we are petrified that they won't be here. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
