Okay, so I am new and weird. I did colorguard and dance for almost two years. I used to tumble and now I'm going back to it. I miss it so much and I'm so ready, any tips?

I did guard my first two years of high school (I'm a senior now)! Actually, I was pretty much in the position you're in now a few years ago. The hardest thing for me getting back into tumbling was the frustration of realizing I had lost skills/technique and working to get them back. Due to a few injuries, I really haven't improved in the two or so years I've been back, which is very frustrating. My biggest tip is to not let this get in your way (if you get stuck in this situation). It sucks, but moping around isn't going to get those skills back, so I just keep working for them! Hopefully you have an easier transition back, but don't be caught off guard (no pun intended) if you're not at the level you used to be at.Okay, so I am new and weird.
