Just wondering if this has happened to anyone or anyones cp. I have cheered for 13 years, and lacked in jumps, so this season I have really been pushing for jump conditioning. I've been doing leg lifts, and started noticing non-contact bruises in my upper thigh area. Normal? Or should I slow down? Or am I on the right track? Help please, just don't want to damage myself in the near future.
