What states are allowed to travel to some type of end-of-season scholastic event? (UCA, USA, NCA)
What is the reasoning for states that don't let their school teams attend one?

I know Georgia and South Carolina don't go. But NY has a huge amount of schools that go to NCA and UCA respectively.

States that I know can: NC, OH, PA, AL, MS, TN, KY, CA, OK, TX.

Cannot: GA and SC and IL. I don’t think WV can either.

States I actually am curious about and have no idea:

Michigan. Kansas. I know their competition formats are different and scoring is different so I would love to know if they can or not.

What’s crazy is that some of the most talented school teams are in states that don’t permit national competition.

I would PAY to see a UCA or NCA featuring IL/SC/WV/GA teams.

AZ and WA both have schools that go to USA and UCA, though not many make the trip all the way to Florida

What about college teams because I'm pretty sure that teams from Georgia and South Carolina go to UCA and NCA (West Georgia has won numerous titles in UCA)?
