Where do you get fabric to make cheer bows

I'm not sure which one is the best to use and which one can I find in some fabric store

Use grosgrain, but don't buy it from JoAnn's (it's expensive). Go to Wal-Mart.

You can get grosgrain at most craft stores like Michaels, or Hobby Lobby.

I've never found 3 inch grosgrain at Walmart, and everywhere I've seen it in stores (Joann's/hobby lobby) is really expensive. Like $2-3 a yard whereas I can buy 2 yards for a little over $1.50 online. So I'd recommend buying your base ribbon online.
