OT Music Apps

So my phones been off since freshman year (I'm currently a junior). I don't have internet, calling or texting. I have an iPhone so I can use it as an iPod when I have wifi but when I don't I can't listen to music, or at least newer music. I need an app that allows me to save the songs so I can listen to them without wifi. I used to use iTube but it doesn't work anymore and they took it out of the app store. Does anyone know of any apps (free preferably) similar to that that I can use?
