High School non-mount schools

Which states (or competitive schools) are non-mount and limited to being Ground-Bound?

I didnt even know this existed. If it does, I think this is why people DONT consider cheerleading a sport.
Does this mean, no stunting and tumbling?

No stunting allowed. Tumbing is allowed though. Thank goodness for allstars!

I know parts of Ohio is non mount. Not sure about if the entire state is.

I just cant imagine cheerleading without stunting, wow. But yes, agree with the "Thank goodness for allstars!" all the way! Haha.
