All-Star Shoe Help

Has anyone used any of these shoes, Nfinity Phoenix, Varsity Spirt 1 or Varsity Spirit 2 ?? Opinions on what you have thought of the shoes please. Thanks!!

My CP used the Phoenix when they first came out and hated them, but I've heard they've made some improvements since she had hers. She hasn't tired the Varsity shoes because she loves her Evolutions and plans to stick with them (and I love that they sell them at Academy now, so I don't have to wait for a new pair in the mail :) ).

Do you happen to remember why she didn't like the Phoenix? And thanks for your help :)

I said VS1. CP just got hers and really likes them. She tried phoenix and didn't care or them. here feet are narrow, and they just weren't snug enough on her feet.

Phoenix are made for wider feet. Good if your wearing a bulky ankle brace though, it doesnt stretch out the shoe as much

My CP has narrow-ish feet and likes her shoes really tight. The Phoenix was never tight enough around her ankle. Plus the "parachute" fabric yellowed and was a complete dirt magnet. Even after I cleaned them they would be black again after just one practice along the insides where her feet would rub on the floor during stretching. Also, the shiny white straps across the middle of the foot tore through the lace holes after only a few wearings so those were just loose flaps.

The Phoenix were really awkward and heavy for me so I switched back to my evolutions. But now because of NCA staff I have to wear the Varsity Spirit 2...at first I hated them because they were more solid than my evolutions and I found them hard to tumble in, but now I love them! I love stunting in them because I feel like I can actually grab my body positions and they are pretty easy to tumble in too, but I had to give up tumbling in my evolutions for good because it was hard switching back and forth between them!

My CP didn't like the Phoenix at all. She's been wearing the Evolution and loves them. Just bought her the new Nfinity Vengeance. They are backordered until end of July but hopefully she'll like those as much as Evolution. The Phoenix were heavier and too wide for her feet.

My daughter has the Phoenix and loves them, she had a tough time finding the shoes that fit, as all the best shoes are narrow and her feet are not............she will buy a another pair when these wear out.

Phoenix doesn't seem to be in production anymore. It's not listed on the Nfinity site and the online stores that do have it have very few sizes available. I had the phoenix's before and just had to order the vengeance.

Varsity still has them and on sale for $50

Also my friend wants to get the nfinity phoenix but has no clue what size (Im no help either because im clueless when it comes to shoe sizes) she has size 6 nikes and size 5 varsity inspires so what size do you think she should get? anybody?

they run pretty close to shoe size............
