Signature Trouble

I am having problems uploading a picture for my signature....I get to the bit where I upload an image where I input the URL of the image, but then it doesn't seem to load. Just a window pops up with the fierce boards front page in it?? Could this be a IE9 glitch?

Upload the picture to tinypic.com and use the Message Board/Forum url.
