Try doing standing back tucks on to an elevated surface, great ab work out that should help with your standing full!! Also make sure you are in a hollow candle stick tuck. You do not want your knees in to your chest, that forces your butt out and drops your chest, making your rotation slow down!
Just like @Learn2TWIST said you shouldn't be in a super tight tuck. If your heels are too close to your butt you will most likely roll out forward. Try a more open position (think bent leg pike but not so tight) and make sure you are pulling your chest up at the end!
