Hey Cheer World,
I coach cheer at the middle school level and have been dealing with unfair issues concerning practice facilities & schedules. Then, this year for tryouts my squad was basically selected for me since we had several girls who signed up to tryout with to many absences, suspensions, etc. The athletic director didn't even involve me in several meetings concerning the tryouts. Seriously frustrated! Any Advice?
