Do all of the current board members have a vote in agenda items? And, Is it true that members that represent Varsity, Jamfest/Jambrands and Cheersport can control the vote by banding together? Meaning those three EP's hold the majority?

Varsity holds the majority alone. I believe they have 8 Members on the board. Jam Brands has 1, Cheersport has 1, and IEP has 1. The rest are gym owners voted in every 2 years I believe (I could be wrong on that part)

The consultants are the ones with no vote right? Are those members lifetime members or do they get replaced every few years?
