All of the changes are Bolded in red. So you may be blind.

They also added level 6

I would love to know why Level 5 can do release moves that land in a prone position, but it is illegal for Level 6 to do that.

I must be blind too, because I don't see anything bolded in red. I see bolded lines, but no red. Also, the rules are still dated July 11, 2011.

I am wondering the same thing. Would it not make sense to allow it in level 6 and not level 5 or both?

USA rules committee makes 1-5, International group makes the 6. Different groups making the decision.
