Xentader is the rating system of traders.
If a user makes a listing on the directory you can give them a rating on it. On their member card (the thing that pops up when you click their avatar) you will see Leave Feedback. Click that, choose the post from the directory, and leave a positive or negative feedback. Working on instructions for people but it SHOULD help out with the scammers.
