So we are set to go to Jam Live on March 1 in Louisville but this is my first time going. The gym owner told me that our has 45-sec to do whatever we want to the music of our choice. What did you all do?? What kinds of things CAN we do?

Why don't the two umbrellas have the same scoring? I've noticed that now gyms will only stick to one plan, but what about gyms and teams that do both? Like if a teams routine can score really well at NCA, it won't score the same at a Jam Brand event.
