What was the hardest thing for you when switching from an All-Star team to a school team or doing vise-versa?

from school to allstar!
on an all star team you dont "rally in" or "rally out"!

I agree the spiriting in, during the breaks between school seasons it was always so hard to spirit in and not walk tight

First I went from allstars to school and it was hard going from spring floors to dead mats!!
Now going back to allstars, the technique is just so different and tumbling is much more demanding!
