The first episode just popped up in my subscription box on YouTube. It looks like it is a list of drills demonstrated, to help get you fit and I also think they are skill focused. This week(are they doing them weekly?) is on standing tucks and is demonstrated by MichaelEddie, Kassidy and two others. This seems like it will be a really good series helping cheerleaders get fit and condition! If someone could post the link that would be great as I'm not sure how to haha
