Hi
I’m a cheerleader in australia and cheerleading is my passion and i dedicate many hours towards it, i have always wanted to see what it’s like cheering overseas and would love to make it happen. i have 9 years experience and currently cheer on level 4 and 5.

I am wondering if there is a family in the us with a stable home, a high school near by, and no criminal record. I will pay all my own expenses. I come from a loving family I have 2 younger sisters and have no major medical conditions.

Exercise caution and vigilance. Just because someone claims to have a clean background or a stable home doesn’t guarantee they’re being truthful. Posting in a public forum can sometimes attract individuals who may not have the best intentions.

I would recommend finding a gym that often has international athletes, and talk to them about billeting with gym families. They'll be able to better answer questions and done some preliminary safety vetting for you. I'm sure many of the big well known gym may have this option as they'r more likely to have athletes moving from outside of their area to join. You safety is number 1, well above cheer.

You'll likely need to look into student visas as well. Since you're in Australia, I'm sure open teams are much bigger there than in the US. Waiting till University/being an adult is also an option too, and a bit easier to move out on your own as well
