College Competing In The Performance And Game Day Divisions

UCA/UDA allows teams to compete in both performance and game day divisions (for example, a dance team can compete in jazz, pom and game day categories) while NCA/NDA does not (though dance teams can compete in, for example, team performance and spirit rally). Thoughts?
