Who could guess we would be reporting on a new lawsuit this week? If youāve been following us for a while, youāre probably as unsurprised as we areā¦
However, thatās not all! Keep reading for a large coed dilemma, a comeback weāre SO excited for & a confirmation that our āteam of the weekā is doing another themed routine
Summary of this week:

Confused? Let us explain:
In the lawsuit (which you can read here), Greenwich Insurance Company (an insurance agency based in Connecticut) is asking the court to declare that they are not responsible for providing insurance coverage to the US All Star Federation (USASF) in previous lawsuits involving the USASF and Varsity (like the ones we have previously covered).
Greenwich argues that their insurance policies do not cover the specific types of claims mentioned in the lawsuits, and they want the court to confirm this. They had initially agreed to defend USASF in the lawsuits but reserved their rights to deny coverage. Now, they want the court to decide that they are not obligated to provide coverage or defend USASF in those lawsuits.
So basically, they (understandably) donāt want to defend or provide insurance coverage to the USASF in those lawsuits!
The Stingray Allstars Steel have announced that they will compete in the Medium Coed division instead of Large Coed:
This means only 2 teams are left in the division: Cheer Athletics Cheetahs and Top Gun Allstars TGLC!
People are discussing whether itās worth keeping such a small division or notā¦ What do you think?
Speaking of Medium Coed, letās just take a minute to think about how crazy the division will be this season
As if it wasnāt already competitive enough, the addition of Steel and Top Gun Allstars Revelation* (revealed here) will for sure make it one of the top divisions to follow!
*Revelation has switched divisions since the USASF has removed all Senior Open 6 divisions. Did you miss that? Read our newsletter talking about it here.
This Worlds team is making a comeback!
