Does anyone have any good programmes i can follow, i want ABS sooo badly!!
My diet needs help, what is good to eat on a typical week/what not to eat..
I do basic standard conditionging but its not helping much so anything can help..

p90x definitely helps. It all depends on the person for diet. Some people count calories. I personally count carbs because those for me are harder to burn.
 
Having a certification background.. I can tell you this - endurance exercise like running burns carbs. Quick fast explosive sprints, tumbling is considered.. lots of starting and stopping momentums burns fat. to show ur abs, you need to lose body fat. For men 7-11 % BF will show abs.... less than that abs wil be ripped. For a female, below 16 %BF will show abs. I dont care what anyone says at home DVDs and exercise programs do not work, very much the same like diets dont work. Why?? because you cant be on that diet for eternity.. you have to come off of it at some point and when you do is when you begin to gain weight again. as for exercises, your body plateus and gets used to familiar workouts over a period of time. Very soon you will stop seing results. P90X is good to use 1once ever 6 - 9months are so. As much as it sucks, as soon as you wake up in the morning do 4 sets of 20 BURPEES. Here your body is using FAT as fuel thus burning off the Body fat.
