Does your athlete have a mental block? performance anxiety? negative self-talk? If yes, then this is the book for you!
Hi everyone, Tyler here!
I’m a licensed sport psychologist and former Worlds-level (California Allstars) and D1 (UNC Chapel Hill) cheerleader, and for years I kept noticing the same thing with the athletes I work with:
Cheerleaders are expected to be mentally tough…
but we’ve never actually been taught how.
Most sport psychology resources are written for football, basketball, or “generic athletes.”
None of them really address things like:
We just finished a mental performance book created specifically for cheerleaders not adapted from other sports, not clinical jargon just practical, usable tools.
Inside we cover things like:
✔ how to work through tumbling blocks step-by-step
✔ breathing + focus routines you can use on deck
✔ confidence rebuilding after mistakes
✔ visualization that actually works for skills
✔ pre-comp mental warm-ups
✔ recovery after falls or scary moments
✔ plus the first concussion protocol written for cheer
It’s designed for athletes, coaches, and parents—super hands-on, workbook style.
If you’ve ever thought:
“Why doesn’t cheer have its own mental training resources?”
That’s exactly why we made this.
Happy to answer questions or share more details if anyone’s interested
COMING FEBRUARY 10th. GET YOURS BEFORE NCA!

None of them really address things like:
- tumbling blocks
- fear after a bad fall
- confidence coming back from injury
- performance anxiety at comps
- mental mistakes mid-routine
- or the very specific pressure of hitting for a team
