All-Star Flexibility Help?

hi :) how do u become really flexible relativly fast? im not a flyer but i want to know how to do flyer positions to help with my jumps. and how do u work on paper dolls?! those hurt! haha but please help :)
 
^^^^^ That website helped me so much! Just make sure you stretch everyday. I usually stretch 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. If I had practice that day, I would stretch then do. So long story short I stretch whenever I'm not doing anything. Good Luck!:)
