With worlds coming up; Im curious to know how your gym is preparing for Worlds and when do you start preparing?

Practice, Practice, Practice....lots of cardio and conditioning! We have one more competition, after that it will be ALL WORLDS ALL THE TIME...24/7 until we depart for the land of Mickey.

Our teams start preparing for world as soon as tryouts are over lol. We have 4 teams going from our gyms this year and that is alot of hard work!

We've been preparing all season. Only made a slight adjustment when the scoresheets were released in November. We've got all 3 eligible teams going this year (IOC5, O6 and OC6). Good luck to everyone in their preparation. See you at Disney!

Exactly. I think if your a solid level five; you start the day our team is formed. Worlds is what you work for all season, not just a few weeks before.

We work all season long because Worlds is the main goal! On my team we put up quotes and posters on all over wall in our gym to inspire and pump each other up a few months before

well a lot of teams make a lot of changes after their "normal" competitions are over.
