I believe that from what I've seen. Strongest teams up for a bid would be PCM Fantasy, (my bets on this team) POWER MEDIUM!!!!!!!, and smoed

Yes, however they are not required to give any bids to international teams.

This basically means they can give out a maximum of two bids to International teams but I don't think that will happen. I think only one international team will get a bid at most... but just my opinion.
