Help With Stretching..plssss <3

I have been stretching everyday for the past 3 months but it seems that everytime i do splits, it gets more difficult or uncomfortable.. am i doing something wrong? i always warm up really good and i get really sweaty before i stretch but idk why is that.. it just feels uncomfortable :/
 
Just make sure you sit in each split for 2 minutes each night! And you should always stretch before you work out and after!
 
Yes I agree with @cheerheart4life you are doing the right thing by stretching everyday but make sure you are holding your splits for a good amount of time on each leg. Just be patient with it splits can be hard skill to get so it may take a while to get but since you are so comitted you will get there!
 
ok thank you guys but i have been doing 3 minutes split and then 2 minutes split on one of my leg on an elevated table (im doing it on both leg) and then 1 minute split again.. i just dont get why there are times it becomes more difficult.. maybe it just depends on my mood xD
 
Sometimes when you overstretch it makes stretching the next day rough because your muscles are tight! Try not to overstretch your muscles. It makes gaining flexibility more difficult if you over do it
 
Try using the wall and keep bringing your leg higher day by day (:
