I've joined and am posting out of sheer desperation. I own a screenprinting and uniform company, but both my daughters are new to a competitive cheer squad. I offered to help out with their uniforms, and ordered through GK Elite (not one of my usual suppliers as we are more geared to baseball, basketball, etc.). I have been trying to get a straight answer out GK for quite some time about shipping, as we have a competition coming up on the 15th. Whenever I make an inquiry, it sounds like the customer service rep is reading off a cue card..."We are at full production capacity and cannot approve any rush orders at this time." No answers to my specific questions, nor can I at least get some sort of status response. I'm not asking for a rush, I'd just like to know if there is a snowball's chance we will (or won't) get these uniforms. They've given me two "approximate" dates. Does anyone here have any experience dealing with GK? I did not go through an account rep (although I do have a dealer account with them). I just need to know something so I can order some stock items from somewhere else if necessary so these little girls will have something to wear at their first competition. Any help is appreciated!
