Hello, I’m starting up a youth cheerleading team at a school for mentally challenged. They have been asking for a cheerleading team. I agreed to volunteer as the coach. Now I’m trying to find the girls uniforms to wear and Pom poms. I’m buying all this out of my pocket but I want to give the girls a good team. Uniforms do not need to be the same team, but would be awesome if they could match. Thank, Ashley
P.s any questions feel free to ask.

Hi! I’d like to help you with your uniform/accessory search. I’m a retired coach/judge/cheer mom who remembers who overwhelming it can feel to build a volunteer-driven program from the ground up.

Please feel free to reply to this message or DM me on this platform. Peace.

Thank you so much. I know these girls are excited and so am I. Parents have pre signed up there children and we are going to start practicing in 2 weeks. I can’t wait to get it all organized and set up for them. To see the joy on there face and here the stories from parents thinking that they wouldn’t get experience any after school sports or cheering, but there children would wish they could. Now getting all the technical approval, I’m stressing about getting the team stuff together to make it real team. I told then no matter what I would always be there couch and I would pull this together. They just pull at my heart strings. I bought a few Pom poms and ordered them a few shirts with each name and cheerleading on it. Made them each a bow. I’m just so excited for them.
