Every gym has one, that team that is the best in the gym or is the "worlds" team, and sometimes that team gets "special" treatment which may or may not actually be special...but how do you deal with other teams and parents alike getting nasty and such because they feel like that one team gets treated differently?

My whole gym is given equal attention and we do have worlds teams but they are not "special" they, are treated just like our lower level teams. Junior 1, and youth 2 practice just as often. Everything is pretty simple and fair at my gym. :)

We just set forth the same rules for EVERY level (1-5) - so that there are no questions. Ill admit, most of the rules come from what originates as a "level 5" thing but we apply it to everyone...

Any stunt or tumbing pass that falls or touches down at a competition - You owe 25 the next practice.
Standing Tuck for every minute you are late (Toe Touch Level 1, Standing BHS for Level 2, Standing 2 for Level 3, Standing BHS Tuck Level 5)
