Go to cheerlibrary.com on your computer. Download the mixes you want and save them in iTunes then sync them to your phone.

For some reason the cheerlibrary downloader doesn't work on my laptop so I use http://www.video2mp3.net/index.php

Just copy and paste the youtube url and it goes right into your itunes account!
