I cheer at Maryland Twisters. It's about an hour away from my home. Twisters & Marlins are probably the two best gyms in Maryland and Marlins is even further then Twisters for me. There are about 3 other gyms closer to me, but I consider Twisters to be the best of the best. So I don't mind the long drive.

It depends on what gym I go to that day because my cheer gym has two locations so the first gym that I live closer to takes about 15min and our second gym takes about 30min to get to so i think its worth the drive :)

well my program has 5 locations and i've cheered at 3-
one of them is 5 minutes from my house, all side streets
2nd one is 45 mins away w/o traffic 1.5 hrs with
3rd one i cheered at in the 09-10 season and that one was 1.5 hrs
i'd say all 3 were worth it(:

At my previous gym, was a 2mins drive but now moved gym and takes an hour to an hour and a half to get there but totally worth it! Moving to where my gym is allocated soon so will be a lot easier to travel to.

From my house my gym is 30-35 minutes away. i carpool with 2 other families so after were all in the car it can take anywhere from 45-60 minutes. And yes it is totally worth it. Theres a gym 5 minutes away but i would much rather drive the time it takes me now to get to my current gym. :)

Thread 'Who is excited for NCA College Nationals 2025?'
What teams are you most excited to see? Weber has become one of my favorites! Their stunting and tumbling skills are incredible!
Thread 'Introduce Yourself!'
Let's get the conversation going with some simple introductions. Tell us about yourself. I'll start. My wife and I are actually gymnastics coaches. We have 3 children that are all gymnasts. I took over this site as I am a huge forum junkie. I also run ChalkBucket.com (gymnastics community). ChalkBucket has many parents who have athletes that transition to all-star cheer. This site is a perfect place for them to continue with all the fun that forums are! Also... I am here to learn...
