All-Star Isaf - Confusion For World Teams

Hi guys. I am really confused and need some help. I have several questions and hope someone can answer them for me.

1, Age grid for this
2. Date used for cheer age
3. Year used for cheer age...someone said it was your age in 2019, not 2018
3. If CP is on a world team for IASF does CP count as a world crossover for Summit divisions
4. Where can I find more information on IASF

It's 14+ for level 5, 17+ for level 6.
2. December 31.
3. Year of "competition" (if it's a comp this autumn, IN SWEDEN(not sure how it is the US) they would count 2019), so december 31 2019 for 2019 worlds.
4. Yes, she's a worlds athlete.

What about the international levels 1-4? Does anyone know the age grids on those?
