Laura Messer began cheerleading in high school after she had been competing in the Junior Olympics Spring Board Diving since she was 7 years old. She made the switch because she wanted to become more involved with school activities. Laura cheered for her own high school Mount Carmel Academy for one yea
r and then decided to try out for one of their brother school and made the Brother Martin co-ed cheer team. During her senior year, Laura was selected to tryout to become an instructor for Universal Cheerleaders Association. She worked four years of summer camps and then moved to Memphis, TN with her husband to work in the main UCA office as an Account Specialist for the Southwest Region. She also worked with the Marketing department.
When Laura moved back to Louisiana, shehad the opporunity to manage one of Baton Rouge's cheer gyms for a year. She currently resides in Baton Rouge, La with her husband, Stewart Messer, and is the mother of two beautiful daughters and enjoys helping area cheer teams design unique uniforms and practice apparel with the best quality and fit in the cheerleading industry!
