Rec Starting a new rec program from scratch

Hello! I have never coached before, but I'm teaming up with our local youth Football Organization to bring rec cheer to our community. I basically know nothing, so hoping that anyone else who has started a program can lend any advice, tips, or places that I can gather info! Much appreciation in advance!!

Hi Valerie! I was hoping you would have received replies on this. Were you able to figure it out elsewhere? There is a local program where we are (Northern VA) run by Dulles Youth South that might be able to give you some good tips.
