Is the spinning stunt transition where they land on their tummy legal for level 3?

its a 3/4 twist that remains connected the whole time and then a downward inversion from below prep level since there is a clear separation between when they catch and when the flyer forward rolls out.

All of these things are legal at level 3

It's fine. If I wanted to be picky I could call a pendulum that doesn't have 3 stationary catchers. It looked like all the groups did a good job of stopping the top girls before they went inverted which is the problem I usually run into.
