Just on your personal experience, what ages do think are most common in each level? And what tumbling skills are most common in each age?

Depends on gym …..and what level they have….. as a lot of ages over lap 2/3 levels.

And depending on whether you are talking about flyers, base etc. if you have an amazing flyer who can’t tumble this may not be an issue if the team can accommodate this. Generally as tumbles get trickier as you go up the levels, you get less younger and more older athletes as you go up and also due to needing to base taller/heavier flyers. we have to trust the coaches to match athlete to team based on ability rather than just age.
