You don't necessarily have to be little, just thought it was a cool subject title.

Anyway, California Baptist University (your current back to back NCA National Champs) just had tryouts and we still have spots open for some talented flyers within our program. And as the subject line suggest, we do have big scholarship opportunities if you think you can fit that part.

My girls aren't old enough, but curious what are the requirements, experience, skills, etc. needed for this position?

As the program becomes more popular and we gain in talent year by year, it's hard to say what the standard will be in a few years when your daughters are old enough, however, we're looking for flyers who possess strong flexibility, the ability to double down from multiple body positions, and basic level 5 stunting skills, tick tocks, 1.5 ups and double ups.

We will have to keep an eye on your school when my daughter graduates in four years. :)

Perfect, that's what I like to hear. And since you're here in California, you can probably make a campus visit and check out the school. We do recruit clinics pretty often, usually one in the Fall and one in the Spring, open to anyone in high school interested in cheering at the college level. If you stay connected on our Twitter or Facebook, you should be able to know when we set dates for those events. Twitter: @cbucheer Facebook: Cal Baptist Lancer Cheer
